Classes

Ages 6 & Up

Tramp & Tumbling Gymnastics offers a variation of traditional Artistic gymnastics, by focusing on 3 events: Power Tumbling, Trampoline, Double Mini. Synchro Trampolining is an additional event where multiple athletes compete by doing routines that are synchronized.

Tramp & Tumble Classes

Athletes compete each apparatus at their level of skill in that individual apparatus. This allows an athlete that is more proficient in a certain area to progress in that area of skill.

Tramp and Tumble Beginner:

This class is an introduction to the basics of Trampolining, Power Tumbling, and Double Mini. This class is appropriate for boys and girls ages 6 and up with limited or no experience.

Tramp and Tumble Developmental:

After passing out of the Tramp and Tumble Beginner Level, gymnasts will build on skills such as Cartwheels, Handstands, 5 position tramp jumps, and stick dismount off Double Mini Tramp.

Tramp and Tumble Intermediate/Advanced:

Continuing in our progressive program, you must have passed out of the Developmental Level. Gymnasts will build on the skills learned moving from basic to more complex techniques. These levels are more challenging as they work towards each individual’s potential.

The policy encompasses therequirements of the “Safe Sport Code for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movements” and federal laws, including the “Protecting Young Victims and Safe Sport Authorization Act of 2017.” North Shore Academy of Gymnastics is committed to the health and safety of all its athletes, physically, mentally and emotionally.
