Rhythmic Gymnastics Classes

Where dance meets gymnastics! The athletes use equipment such as rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon, combined with a variety of dance movements done to music. This creates a fun and exciting form of gymnastics for athletes that prefer the artistry of the floor mat to the use of Bars and Balance Beam. Rhythmic Gymnastics has an extra emphasis on flexibility within leaps, balances and turning skills.
