Tramp &
Tumble
Classes
Ages 6 & Up
Tramp & Tumbling Gymnastics offers a variation of traditional Artistic gymnastics, by integrating equipment on 3 events: Power Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double Mini. Students develop skills on this equipment along with increased development in strength, balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and core stability.
Tramp & Tumble Classes
Athletes compete each apparatus at their level of skill in that individual apparatus. This allows an athlete that is more proficient in a certain area to progress in that area of skill.
